Is the event all ages?
No, this is an 18+ event
Will there be food?
Yes, Food will be served at the event and around the facility
Will there be alcohol?
Yes, Multiple full-service bars as well as a 29 Brews Craft beer Bar
What time does the event start?
Event Gates open at 7:00 pm
What time does the event end?
The event will end at or around 2:00 am
Can I go to the Casino before or after the show?
Yes, Casino is open to event attendees before and after the show
Is re-entry allowed?
Re-entry is not permitted
Can I enter the venue anytime?
The Venue gates will remain open until the end of the performance
Will there be a lost & found?
After the show is over, please see a Public Safety officer to assist with Lost & Found - dpsinfo@29palmsbomi-nsn.gov
Can I sleep in my car overnight?
No car camping or parking is allowed overnight
Can I tailgate prior to the event?
No Tailgating is allowed in or around the parking lots

Where do I buy tickets before the show?

Where do I buy tickets day of the show?
box office opens up at 4:00 pm day of the show located next to either entry point. Complimentary tickets are not available day of the show
What is the difference between complementary and GA tickets?
Complimentary Ticket - Subject to availability. Includes general access to the event. Parking access much be purchased in advance
$99 Ticket - Includes all of the above plus Golden Circle access. The Golden Circle is an exclusive viewing area in front of the stage with VIP access to bar, food trucks, and bathrooms
$250 VIP Ticket - Includes all of the above plus access to the Premium Viewing Deck. Opportunity to upgrade to table service dependent on availability

Where do I pick up my tickets?
Tickets were automatically emailed to you after purchase online. If you did not receive confirmation, please email boxoffice@coachellacrossroads.com

Where is General Admission parking?
GA parking is located on Dillon Rd. Follow signage from
either Hwy 86 or Hwy 10
Where is VIP parking?
VIP Parking parking is located on Spotlight 29 Property adjacent to the venue. Please have tickets ready to show the parking staff for quick entry
What time does the parking lot open?
Parking lot Opens at 4:00 pm
What time does the parking lot close?
Parking lot Closes at 3:00 am
Will there be a shuttle to and from the parking lot?
Yes, Shuttle will be available before and after the show from the valet circle at spotlight 29 Casino to the General Admission Parking Lot
Where is handicapped parking?
Handicapped parking is located in Reserved Seating Lot. Ask parking staff on arrival. Must have handicapped placard displayed on vehicle

Make a Right turn on Harrison Place and have Parking Pass ready & Visible for staff members.
Event Parking lot can be accessed by HWY 86 and exiting on
Dillon Road.
